1.The golden rule
- Do: make sure you always (and always mean) take off your makeup before it comes to the covers. The skin needs to breathe during the night. Be sure to read the “non-comedogenic” or “non-carcinogenic” label so that the product does not tend to block pores.
No: skip the sunscreen, either cloudy or cold outside (no excuses). If you are heading to the beach or around reflective surfaces such as snow or ice, apply some sunscreen with a sunscreen of at least 30.
3. You Are What you Eat

Ayurvedic doctor Vasant Lad recommends “drinking water from a blue bottle”, because it has a cooling effect.
No: discard rose water. It helps prevent and reduce swelling of the eyes in the morning, maintains a pH balance and naturally moisturizes the skin if it sprouts during the day.
